So Usain Bolt's race was obviously GREAT! You know what else was great? The atmosphere in the SDC. You could just feel that everyone had the same hopes. That Usain Bolt is gonna break the World Record again. And he didn't fail us. Everyone was just cheering and going "ooooh" when he broke it. 19.30s. During that short moment of time,everyone had the same feeling be it whether you're a tracker,or from silat or soccer or netball or even badminton,you just wanted to see the magic of Olympics. Yup,the Olympics is definitely MAGIC. And when you gonna see these kind of races with this atmosphere of teenagers with same hopes and dreams in the crowd again? I'll say never. Cos by the time the next Olympics come,I've already left the sports school and the seniors would have left earlier,the juniors,they probably left already. And I'll never get to feel it,to see it,to witness it again. Let's just say it was a once in a lifetime moment. 20th August 08 was definitely a MAGICAL moment for me. Maybe people didn't realise or didn't care the slightest bit of it. But I do,really. And it's special to me.The funny thing is,after every HAPPY moment,there's always something sad or upsetting that'll happen. And that's what I don't like. So sorry Angela and sorry Hin Ann. And sorry Andrew for shouting at you at the AVA Room just now.
Veronica Campbell won the 200m Women. JAMAICA IS REALLY ON FIRE! Both teams from USA are out. I feel for them man. I guess it's not their year for track. Put they'll come back soon. I really like Jamaica though. :D
Anyway,I was browsing through videos on Youtube on Olympics then I found this:
I think it's really cool and I think she's great. You should watch the video. I would be so happy if I get to meet her and ALL the other Olympians. It'll just be awesome! And the way she talks just reminds me of Mr. Slava. The Russians. Russia's pretty good too. :) So anyway,enjoy the video!
